Plain-English questions, one at a time. No legal knowledge needed — if you don't know an answer exactly, your best estimate is fine.

1. A Digital Legacy Plan records your online accounts and your wishes for them, so your family and executor can manage your digital life after you are gone. Important: this plan NEVER stores your actual passwords, PINs or crypto keys — only WHERE those details are kept, and what you want done. Ready to start?
2. What is your full name? This plan is written in your name.
3. Which kinds of digital assets and accounts do you have? List any that apply — for example email, social media, cloud photos or storage, devices (phone, laptop), subscriptions, loyalty points, domain names, cryptocurrency or wallets, an online business. Add the account or provider names if you like (just the names, never passwords).
4. For each one, what would you like done? You can say memorialise, close, transfer (and to whom), or delete. A short note against each account is plenty.
5. Where can your executor FIND your access details? Describe the location only — for example 'in my password manager', 'a sealed letter with my solicitor', 'a note in my filing cabinet'. Do NOT type any actual password, PIN, seed phrase or key here — just where they are kept.
6. Who do you nominate to carry out this plan — your digital executor? Their name, and their relationship to you if you like.optional
7. Any special instructions? For example accounts to handle privately, messages you want passed on, or anything your family should know. You can skip this.optional
8. Your state or territory — so the letter is dated in your time zone.
9. Your name and email — so the draft lands in your dashboard and inbox.
