Common questions

What types of letters can I respond to?Any formal legal correspondence — letters of demand, cease and desist letters, lawyer's letters, debt collection notices, and more. A reply to an insurer's decision is an Insurance Complaint instead. A statutory demand or a tribunal application needs a different response: a statutory demand must be paid or challenged in court within 21 days, and a tribunal application is answered with Claim Done's Tribunal Response.

Do I need a lawyer to respond to a letter of demand? No. There is no legal requirement to use a solicitor to respond. Claim Done's Programmatic Algorithms draft a professional response citing relevant law for a flat fee of $49.

What if I agree with some points but not others? You tell us which points are true, partly true, false, or disputed. Our Programmatic Algorithms address each one individually — admitting nothing unless you explicitly instruct it. Your response will be tailored to your exact position.
