Use Claim Done from your AI assistant: the Claim Done MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and more

Last updated · Reviewed by the Claim Done team · Not legal advice

Claim Done now works inside your AI assistant. Add our connector to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor and your assistant can take a problem (“a customer has not paid my invoice”, “my landlord is keeping my bond”, “I need to apply to QCAT”) all the way to a finished document: it matches the right document, asks you the questions, hands you the payment link, and brings the draft back for you to read. You approve every document before anything is sent, exactly as on the website.

Connector address: https://claimdone.com.au/mcp
Type: MCP server (Streamable HTTP), no login or API key needed
Cost: free to connect; the same flat document prices as the website, shown before you pay
Description for directories: https://claimdone.com.au/.well-known/mcp.json

What your assistant can do with it

Add it to Claude

  1. In claude.ai (or the Claude desktop app) open Settings, then Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Claim Done and paste https://claimdone.com.au/mcp as the URL. Leave the OAuth fields empty: no login is needed.
  4. Save. In a new chat, turn the Claim Done connector on and say what happened.

Add it to ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors (turn on developer mode under Advanced if you do not see a Create option).
  2. Choose Create, name it Claim Done, and paste https://claimdone.com.au/mcp as the server URL. Authentication: none.
  3. Save. In a chat, enable the Claim Done connector from the tools menu and describe your problem.

Add it to Claude Code or Cursor

Claude Code, from a terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http claimdone https://claimdone.com.au/mcp

Cursor, in mcp.json:

{ "mcpServers": { "claimdone": { "url": "https://claimdone.com.au/mcp" } } }

Any other client that supports remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP works the same way: point it at the address above.

Try it

Once connected, say something like: “Use Claim Done to draft a letter of demand. Example Pty Ltd owes me $2,400 for fencing work I finished on 2 September and has ignored two reminders. I am in New South Wales.” Your assistant will confirm the document and price, ask what it still needs, and give you the payment link. Then ask it to check the case and read you the draft.

Prices

The same as on the website and shown before you pay: most letters and notices are $49, a tribunal application is $97, and multi-document packs are priced as listed on the pricing page. Registered post delivery of a letter is an optional extra. No subscription.

Privacy and safety

For developers

The server speaks the Model Context Protocol (version 2025-06-18) over Streamable HTTP, stateless, JSON-RPC 2.0. Tools: list_services, match_problem, start_document, answer_questions, get_payment_link, get_status, get_document. Calls are rate limited per address. Questions to support@claimdone.com.au.

Questions people ask

Does the assistant pay for me?

It gives you the Stripe link and you pay. If your assistant can open web pages and holds a payment method you have authorised, it can complete that page itself; Claim Done only ever receives the payment through Stripe.

Can the assistant send the letter to the other party?

No. You read and approve every document on your dashboard first. That is the same promise we make on the website.

Do I need an account?

No. You give your name and email so the draft, the receipt and your dashboard link reach you.

Which documents work through the connector?

Every document that is drafted from your answers: letters of demand, final demands, cease and desist letters, notices, tribunal applications and responses, statements, agreements and the everyday letters. The Business Contract Review is the exception for now, because it needs the contract file uploaded; use the website for that.

Is this official in the Claude or ChatGPT directories?

You can add the connector by its address today. Directory listings are being submitted; the address will not change.
