What's included

- Says exactly what they can do, with your account or booking number, and nothing more.
- Sets an end date, or a single day for a one-off task.
- Says plainly that it is not a power of attorney and does not cover contracts, property or bank accounts.
- Carries your typed signature and today's date.
- You read it first, then we email it for you or you download it and give it to the person helping you. If an organisation wants a handwritten signature, print it and sign above your typed name.
