• The other party’s name, address, email, and contact details

• Evidence documents you upload (contracts, invoices, photos, correspondence, screenshots)
• Financial information such as bank account details for payment references in documents

Why We Collect It

We collect this information to generate the legal-style documents you have requested, deliver those documents as instructed, and provide you with case tracking and support.

Sensitive Information

The information you provide may include personal and sensitive information — including health records, financial details, employment matters, tenancy disputes, or allegations about other people. You should only provide information that is reasonably necessary for your matter.

Disclosure to Other Parties

If you instruct us to deliver documents to the other party (via email delivery), the information contained in those documents will be disclosed to the recipient. You control this through your delivery preference at checkout.
